I had the opportunity to work with Michele and the honor of mentoring him during one of his first professional experiences in the UX field, and I can say that he is a rising talent.

He is a sharp, independent, serious, and versatile professional: he did an excellent job successfully handling complex user research and UX design activities. He proved that challenges do not discourage him, instead, they allow him to bring out his best with passion and professionalism.

I see a bright future ahead for him and hope our paths will cross again.
